Post your resume on line now if you wish to be considered for one of our positions at an AMLI Community: Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Consultant We will contact you to set an appointment, (provided your qualifications and experience meet the criteria below) for our representative to meet with you during this month's open interview day. Listed below are our guidelines:

Property Manager

If you have demonstrated leadership skills, top notch sales/marketing skills, financial acumen and a commitment to quality service for your residents, AMLI is the place to be. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for the operational and financial aspects of a property. You will drive business results in personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements and information reporting. Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree preferred with three to five years work experience as a Community/Property Manager in a multifamily industry.

Assistant Property Manager

Work in an environment with cutting edge accounting and leasing technology. In this integral role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient accounting operations of the property. Key areas include bookkeeping, reporting, posting rent and collections. This position also assists with leasing and supporting our resident services. You will be responsible for the operation of the property in the Property Manager's absence. If you demonstrate strong problem solving skills and can work independently, click to apply online now. Leasing Consultant

We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to work in an environment with cutting edge leasing technology. Leasing Consultants at AMLI are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. Education and/or Experience: We are looking for someone with two or more years sales or related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus.

•Knowledge of required telephone and sales techniques.
•Thorough knowledge of 'lease' terms, specifications and all community policies. Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property. Up to date on Fair Housing Laws.
